@ThomasCharrett

Before we worked together, I had trouble developing a consistent routine for myself and struggled to balance projecting with other important parts of my climbing development, which led to plateaus and finger injuries. Your guidance has really helped me break out of that cycle.

Dr. Dillon Elliott, DC, BSc (Kin)

I have been an avid climber since 2013. I love the sport for its physicality, movement, problem solving, & community. I have always valued spending time in nature, therefore the outdoor aspect of climbing definitely drives my passion.

As a chiropractor and climber, I often treat climbing related injuries. Early on in my career, I recognized that optimal treatment outcomes required progressive rehabilitation alongside a thoughtfully modified training and climbing program. One early client in particular was looking to manage chronic injuries and increase climbing performance. We experimented with this unique approach - combining in-person manual therapy, with remote coaching and programming. It went exceptionally well! He learned to manage and overcome injury, and achieved his goals! In fact, as climbers, we know staying healthy is maybe the biggest factor in our long term progression. Bouldering Breakdown rehab and coaching was born...

LIVE WELL. CLIMB STRONG.

I have been climbing for a year and a half. But now, I am three weeks into working with Dr. Dillon Elliott, and I have seen more progression in myself than I have in the last 8 months on my own. He provides a fun, encouraging, and structured environment with a program that suits my work schedule and lifestyle. Realizing my outdoor bouldering goals is what drives us as a team. Each week I have felt stronger and more confident on the rock. I highly recommend the program to anyone who has the vision and drive to become a better climber.
